If you imagine that most of the teachers and administrators at Wokeminster are focused on your child’s individual intellectual achievement, social nurturing, faith, and mental health, you are probably right. But, like all employees in an environment controlled by a powerful Cartel, teachers know that violating the Cartel’s rules, or not living up to its expectations for what to teach, can be dangerous to their advancement and income, and even to their employment.

And the Board just nods and goes along with the Woke indoctrination mandated by the Adminstration because the “experts” in the Cartel–Accreditors, Consultants, and Headhunters–tell them that it’s all “best practices”.

Westminster and placement firm Carney Sandoe have deep ties, extending all the way to the Board of Trustees.  Carney Sandoe’s principal, Devereux McClatchey, is a Wokeminster graduate and son of longtime board members. 

About a decade ago, Carney Sandoe collaborated with Bill Clarkson to form a head of school specialty area. Just a couple years later, Carney Sandoe placed Keith Evans as Westminster’s new headmaster, and Bill Clarkson joined Carney Sandoe as a consultant.

It was just this topic that sparked a dialog between Bill Clarkson and Devereaux McClatchey in 2013. Clarkson is the former head of The Westminster Schools in Atlanta, GA, and has worked in education as a chaplain, teacher, or school leader and head for more than 40 years. McClatchey is President of Carney, Sandoe & Associates, headquartered in Boston, MA… The two imagined a coaching service Carney Sandoe could provide to support heads of schools, and Clarkson agreed to lead the execution.
